I absolutely loved this place, beautiful room with a ocean view, very clean, the staff is very friendly, professional and helpful and excellent food in the restaurant , and beautiful roof top pool and food , drinks area , people this definitely is a 5 star hotel and when I come back this is definitely my first choice of hotels to stay at and I would give this place my highest recommendation to stay at if your coming to the Copacabana area!!!!

Front staff and Doormen were extremely helpful with luggage and assistance with check-in and check-out. Pleasant and stress free experience. Quiet rooms. Room had a great view! Would definitely stay there again. Only drawback for anyone driving themselves to the Hotel is parking on a weekend. Pretty much any parking establishment close to the hotel was completely full. Try the SafePark locations. They have great staff and usually openings.

I had an amazing stay! The staff were incredibly sweet, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire trip. Everyone made us feel comfortable and was always willing to help whenever we needed anything. The room was clean and comfortable, and the hotel was in a great location for getting around and enjoying Rio. The breakfast was very tasty, with plenty of options, and the breakfast area was always clean and well organized. Overall, we had such a positive experience and would definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Brazil. Highly recommend!

Amenities and location were excellent along with staff, they provided excellent service. The only issue was the room, it was a bit outdated. The shower and sink clogged each time we took a shower or wash our hands, the room key didn't work multiple times during our stay and we had to go to the front desk multiple times to get it replaced, the air dryer gave up and wouldn’t turn on anymore. Breakfast buffet was mid, price was on the higher end so not worth it $20 usd per person, don’t get the buffet just eat in a coffee shop outside for half the price and better food quality.

Here's a polished review that includes the room upgrade: > I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. I especially loved the rooftop area—it was a great place to relax and enjoy the view. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of food. As an added bonus, we were upgraded to a better room, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff was friendly and welcoming.
