"Everything was so convenient to the parking garage. Check in right there, room right there, food right at the casino entrance. My room ac/heat was easy to use and worked, the remote was simple and the t.v. had good sound. The property is a little worn and older but staff was excellent. It was nice to see a business fully staffed- everyone has to cut it back these days. Claim Jumper wonderful. Thank you. "

"Two front desk staff were very rude and the room was not clean. I even took pictures to prove it. Both beds looked like they had been sat on and debris in corners of room, like a vacuum never goes into them. There was pee in crevices around toilet. If it hadn’t been for my fragile emotional state, due to visiting my ailing mother in Bullhead, I would have complained and asked for a cleaner room. "

"The bathroom was clearly not cleaned from the last guest, soap scum all over sink and hairy used bar of soap in the tub. We booked a river view room and we got a view of some turbines from the roof. Staff seemed irritable and kept passing us to the next employee instead of helping"

"No coffee maker, no refrigerator, without an upgrade. Television was old and outdated, Ice maker non-operational. Complementary ice was available at the desk, however was about as big as a freezer bag. Very disappointing. "
