I liked the fact it wasn't on the Main strip. The hotel was nice, a little run down, but not as run down as other casinos in Laughlin. The gambling at the casino was no better or worse than any other casinos in Laughlin. The Pool was probably the best draw or attraction of the Casino. Just a note for the Casino, the Elevators need attention. The metal stripping on the bottom of the walls needs attention. Someone could easily cut/hurt themselves. I wish the buffet would have been open. Advertising or info. about the buffet varied so much. I wasn't sure where it was or of if it was actually open. Some sites said it was, others said it wasn't. The staff at the check in were nice, but it didn't seem they cared that there were people in line. The concierge person who is next to the check in just sat there. While I know it isn't their job. If I owned the business I would have made him get up and help someone check in or out. I say that because as a customer | can get frustrated when I am trying to do something and other staff are standing around and not doing anything at the time Overall, I would stay there again since it was comparable to the other hotels in Laughlin

Staff was rude. No option for late check out. Terrible room with no view until we were switched. Bed incredibly uncomfortable. No light in the shower. No water pressure in the first room. Feathers cafe was semi ok. Pool was good, only good thing about the place.

The property itself was nice, comparable to the other hotels in the area. The TV in the room did not work, we made a note to staff but there was no offer to fix or give us another room. They just made a note so we wouldn’t be blamed for it. The shower tub was really outdated, peeling in some areas. One thing that I did not like was that they did not clean our room. We were out from around 8am to 2pm enjoying the river, when we returned, we noticed that the bed was unmade, trash wasn’t emptied out, but they did replace the used towels. We called housekeeping to inform them that we would like cleaning service, but they never came.

The front desk female associate was dry, short and not very welcoming. We had to ask questions about beach and pool access not very forwarding with the info or wrist-band required. The hotel is a little aged, smoking is still allowed and food court is limited. Food options closes very early & Buffett is closed until….?

It is an old property, but does the job. Easy going stay, enjoy the river and pool. Easy drive to close by attractions, London bridge, museum, 25 minutes away from the rest of the hotels on that side of the river. If you just want to relax on a budget with kids and even with no kids; this is a great stay. We will find the thrifty ice cream open in one of our trips.

The staff left much to be desired, they seemed very unhappy with their jobs and not willing to provide great customer service. The gentleman who checked us in had a grumpy face never smiled and did not engage in conversation at all. Maybe staff needs a refresher course in basic customer service interaction.

The rooms were dirty, carpet looked terrible with all kinds of stains. No bottle of water, no ice on the 2nd Floor (not working) Terrible win rate everyone was losing. I will never stay at this hotel again will not recommend this place.

We went for Labor Day weekend and the staff was amazing the deals were great and the Vibes were awesome. There was something for everyone of all ages. Got a huge firework show that we were not even expecting :D We know where we will be staying at next year again
