不喜歡：設施服務和住宿環境和硬體
During our last several stays here, there are fewer and fewer comforts, and the rooms are showing wear. E.g., this time, the faucet in the bathroom didn't work properly and leaked. Now, there is only ONE chair provided with the room, and one of the reasons we reserve a riverview room is so that my husband and I can sit and appreciate the river flowing just below our window. Also, the "blackout curtains" are anything but because there is no valence, and the outside spotlights on the building make the room as light as daylight. Makes for a very poor night's sleep. This will likely be our last time at the River Pallms.
