The hotel was not what it seemed online, it looks like it used to be a good spot 30 years ago but is now ran down and the air conditioning in the room doesn’t work at all. It super uncomfortable. Was really sad because we were really Looking forward to staying here!

Hilton Garden Inn Phoenix Airport North
Airport shuttle got a flat and we were on our own to get to the airport. Found out 10 minutes before we were set to go to the airport. I would think the hotel should reimburse us for the Uber fare. Although stressful, the Uber driver got us to the airport in time for us to check our luggage. Thanks ...
