「The airport shuttle was quick, convenient, and made our arrival and departure stress-free. Since I had early morning activities planned, the hotel thoughtfully prepared a to-go breakfast for me, which was both convenient and greatly appreciated. The front desk staff was amazing and went above and beyond to help us sign up for the Tikal tour. Their assistance made the process easy and seamless. 「Big room with a fan and aircon and cleaned daily. Room also had a window opening onto a great view; and an even better view from the terrace! Staff were super helpful and answered my (many) questions, although not sure whether they speak English. The only downside is no restaurant for breakfast, but there are some great places around, so it’s not really an issue. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone!」

「Overall the staff and room were very clean and maintained. The bathroom was the only issue I had. There was a small smell of mildew and the air extractor was horrible when on. RM 203. Love the pool!」

「Lovely spacious room. Spotlessly clean. Staff are wonderful and can’t do enough for you. Free lancha to Flores and will also arrange to take you across outside of hours e.g. for Tikal at sunrise trip. Pool area could do with bit of TLC, but there is a huge lake to swim in. The mattress was way too hard for my taste, but otherwise we had a fabulous stay. 」

「Es cerca al aeropuerto pero es un poco complicado llegar al hotel porque està ubicado dentro de un condominio cerrado. . Es mejor solicitar que lo recojan. La habitacion estuvo impia, las camas amplias y hay ventilador para dormir fresco. El petsonal muy amable y colaborafor, nos trasladaron al aetopuerto. 」

「Flores eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Tikal. Das Hotel ist ausschließlich mit einem Hauseigenen Boot erreichbar. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Hotelpersonal war nur selten zu sehen. 」
