Excellent service!

Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. The view over the water is amazing. But because my room was facing the front street, the music and street noise was loud into late night. Over all, a great place to stay.

Party, and sleep well.

Staying on the Island of Flores can be difficult, if your hotel is close to the many bars that are on the island. Flores is fun, and staying here will allow you to experience this. What I appreciated about this hotel was the proximity to the night life, the private pool, and the soundproof walls and windows! I will DEFINITELY be back!!

Rapport qualité-prix un peu élevé : chambre avec 1 fenêtre donnant sur le couloir; piscine : en fait un tout petit bassin que personne ne semble utiliser; eau tiède limite froide.. Le petit déjeuner- très correct - est pris dans l'hôtel voisin. Person.el agreable et accueillant. avantage : se trouve sur l'île de Flores, que l'on visite à pied et où on peut diner.

Mala recepcionista y camas incómodas

El hotel muy bonito, la decoración hermosa. Ordenado y limpio. La piscina esta nítida! Nos encantó. Sin embargo la atencion de la recepcionista deja mucho que desear, fue la primera impresión que tuvimos del lugar y fue terrible. Le preguntamos por un cajero automático y nos dijo que solo habían fuera de la isla cuando literal había uno a dos casas del hotel. Tambien le preguntamos por transporte colectivo y extraurbano y dijo que eso ahi no existia y nos giraba los ojos, hablando de forma sarcastica como diciendo ridiculas no saben de nada. En general su trato fue malo, le preguntamos por lugares y no nos decia nada como que ella no fuera de ahi. La limpieza del cuarto impecable. Las camas no son muy comodas y hay mucho ruido de la calle. Nos gusto tener opciones de desayuno en el hotel de al lado donde el servicio al cliente si fue excelente y la comida muy rica.
