Despite the fact that the bathroom are relatively small, and they close the terrace at 10 pm, they make up for it with the pool area and the indoor restaurant. Really good food.

Great little hotel. A few minutes from Rio Dulce bus terminal by colectivo. Colectivos pass every 30 minutes right straight from bus station to front of hotel. 10-15 minutes Walking distance to the Castillo, which was surprisingly nice. There’s a pool, a restaurant, lovely gardens and a tiny beach on the grounds of the castle. The hotel has a great little pool. There’s a little shop across the street and a few restaurants that are nearby. The location is quiet. Free drinking water available in lobby. Hot water in showers Would recommend

This property is very limited in many levels. No elevator, unsafe conditions, no food services at all. The lighting sucks, the WIFI does not work at all, I tiny TV screen. The rooms are very small. etc.

Scam scam scam! Avoid this hotel like the plague! Arrived with a group of 9 travellers. I had booked 4 rooms through expedia at a cost of $236 usd all in. When we arrived i was told that they do not work with expedia, that I must have been looking at an old page and they could only do the booking at the hotel for $90usd per room plus fees. I asked to speak with a manager to work it out. I was speaking with a girl "Michelle" that the front desk provided due to my limited spanish. She said the hotel doesnt have anything to do with expedia. She was adamant that I was looking at the wrong information expedia provided. We dont work with expedia she kept repeating! She said she would call her boss to try to arrange for the price expedia quoted and for us to wait 10 minutes until she could call him haha. We waited almost 20 minutes. When i went back to the front desk the guy still had no clue what was going on but he did have a print out of my online reservations with EXPEDIA printed on them haha. Wait it gets better! He called Michelle again and she still denied having anything to do with expedia! And still said we could have the rooms for $90usd plus fees. No mention of what her boss said etc etc just trying to hold us up for more money...and i have read reviews about this from practically all the hotels in this area of guatemala. When i said, so you can do the rooms for $90 EACH SHE GOT VERY EXCITED AND SAID YES YES OF COURSE WE CAN! I told her beat it we are outta here!
