「Central, helpful, clean」

「Very nice big apartment on the Island of Flores. Google maps marks the building that lies on the other side of the road, so was a bit confused where the apartment was.」

「Great location, very close to tourists shuttles drop off point. Friendly staff. The room did not have hot shower. The bed sheets were not clean and I found hair on pillows. A little effort on cleanliness could make this place an excellent hostel.」

「The property was quiet and quaint. Views of the water and island were beautiful. The staff were so kind, even going out of their way to bring me medicine when I was sick. 」

「Flores eignet sich gut als Startpunkt für Tagesausflüge z.B. nach Tikal. Das Hotel ist ausschließlich mit einem Hauseigenen Boot erreichbar. Das Zimmer wurde während des Aufenthalts nicht gereinigt. Wer die absolute Ruhe sucht, ist hier richtig. Hotelpersonal war nur selten zu sehen. 」

「I spent three nights and everything was fine. The place is clean and all the staff members I interacted with were very nice. The bedroom I had had a window to an indoor area but not to any exterior. I did not spend too much time in there so that was fine with me. If you are a light sleeper, you may have trouble as there is some noise and music at night from next door patios (restaurants, etc.). It is easy to walk to Isla de las Flores crossing the bridge and the new bus station is 7minutes away...

「Hice mi reserva y pago por medio de la pagina. Cuando llegue al hotel, me indicaron que no trabajaban con niguna pagina se hoteles y que no tenian mi reserva. Al contactarme con Hotels.com para conentarle el caso me indican que no se pudieron contactar con el establecimiento por lo que no me podian hacer un reembolso. He usado muchas veces Hotels.com y es la primera vez que me pasa esto, lamentablemente una lección de $100 :(」

「The room was very clean, the staff went out of their way to be helpful. Especially Berna and Rosy. They were wonderful, Berna even went out of his way to get us a fresh coconut. We were treated like family and I want to make sure they get recognized. This is coming from a person that really doesn't like writing reviews. They really deserve recognition and praise! 」
