「We had a great stay. One of the best value hotels we’ve ever stayed in. Yes it could do with some TLC but for the price we paid, more than happy. Great breakfast and the spa was super.」

「Lovely staff but unfortunately the room is not fit for purpose, food is decent Was showed room 8 but window broken (35 degree heat) & was given option for room9 a twin. *hole in floor trip hazard *curtain didnt open/close properly *no side lqmp* *Sheets scratchy *broken floor tiles en suite *shower rusty Was given a fan v grateful for but filthy & throwing off bits, cleaned it but not acceptable」

「Lovely, clean, comfortable property with friendly owners. Breakfast was great quality too. The property is a short way from Abergavenney, surrounded by countryside - so very peaceful. A very relaxing stay.」

We ate dinner and breakfast both meal times provided a great choice and tasted great. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to stay in the area」

「Beautiful surroundings with an outside terrace overlooking a small lake, quiet. Staff very courteous and helpful. Grounds could do with a bit of tidying, cigarette stubs everywhere. Sink in bathroom problematic for shorter people, needed to stretch over the counter to use it, tap also very stiff to use and leaking. Enjoyed our stay very much and would stay there again.」

「Family room sofa beds were broken advised a double but very small, and dirty. No hot water. The housekeeper was waiting to service the rooms at 9am and breakfast had finished.」
