"Parking was not easy, early check in was a breeze, room was clean, only small problem toilet kept running. I temporarily fix it but needs to be repaired. Pool area clean, but lazy river area not so clean. Never saw any maintenance being done. We stayed a Tuesday thru Thursday most eateries were closed, so had to leave the resort. Which was no problem plenty of good restaurant/bars close by. But all and all not a bad place . But too many other resorts to choose from in the future visit."

"Not sure how this place has good reviews.Front desk gentleman was rude which started off the night. Hotel itself in need of a major upgrade but ok, room should be good, nope! Dingy, stinks, AC works horrible, rooms smells like mildew, stains and wear and tear on everything. Checked in late or wouldn’t have stayed, not sure I’d allow my dog to sleep there"

"I did not eat the breakfast. I left after the first night. I had a horrible experience. When I arrived the first thing I see is a sign that says hotel is being treated for termites. I then find out the ice makers do not work. Employees have to get ice from the refrigerator in the kitchen. The hallway on my floor has been patched with glue and nails. The outside of the hotel has not been washed in least 1-2 years. I booked for 3 nights and left after 1 night. I give this property 1 star. "

"Room was clean, had everything I needed. Only issue I have was dogs barking, other than that staff were nice. Breakfast lady was lovely and welcoming, good selection of food and waffles are lovely. Having coffee available all day was great. Location was good however you do need a car. Just an idea maybe owners with pets should be separated from other guests rooms so people with Allergies don't get uncomfortable and skin flaring up. Wasn't great feeling like crap. But was a small thing as I should have read that this hotel allows pets. All on all if your ok with pets next door to you, you will enjoy this hotel. I would recommend this hotel."
