The only thing that isn't functional is the elevators!!! They can't be fixed soon enough. A real bottleneck and dragging luggage down the stairs is a total hazard. "

"The room was nice. We decided to stay here instead of downtown and it worked out perfect. You can catch the subway right behind the hotel to get downtown. It was awesome that they offer airport shuttle. Great restaurant attached to the hotel with view. They have specials if you sit at the bar. "
