「I don't know where to start with this place. We really wanted to like it. At first glance, it was great. But when we arrived, we realised many things were dirty and/or broken. We booked a room with a balcony intentionally and couldn't use it because the door was broken. The bathroom light was flickering and eventually stopped working. 「Very solid hotel option in the middle of santurce. The room is cleanly and spacious at an affordable price. The only things to note are that there is no front desk service and you’ll have to call ahead for cleaning service on your room. Also the front door has some steep steps going down and can swing open a little vigorously when windy.」
