「Beautiful house! Furniture was comfortable. Clean and plenty of linens. Rooftop view of the city was great! We were only there due to an unexpected situation and didn't get to fully utilize/enjoy the space, but we are very thankful for the stay. Would note that staying in Old San Juan is noisy: you can hear cars, music, talking, etc during the night from inside. That's part of it but maybe not great for everyone. 」

「I loved the room and the location and had a great sleep. The room was large and nicely appointed. The space felt very secure, my room was large and had a fantastic patio and cool decor. My only feedback is about entering the property. I had difficulty with the gate and was instructed to look for angel statues to find the key but the statues were covered with bags of laundry so it took a while. It was still a 5 star experience and I will be back. 」

「I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Not only is the building a brutalist masterpiece, the rooms are perfectly designed, the staff are helpful and friendly without being obsequious, and the cleanliness is impeccable. As well as that, the area it sits in has fantastic restaurants (in particular Tastado for breakfast and Berlingeri for lunch) and is a short walk to the beautiful beach. 」

「Amazing stay! The property is not far from any of the places to see in San Juan. It is a very nicely done and well kept property. Also, the contacts and staff are very nice and responsive! I would definitely come back and book another stay. 」

「The property was clean with good housekeeping every day. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The area was pretty safe as well as accessible to nearby dining spots and beaches by walk. Liked how the guests can spend some time at the rooftop even if we weren’t dining. The only complaint was with the breakfast. Day 1 we had to skip breakfast in the room because it wasn’t delivered even after the 1 hour slot passed. The juices were just average. Pancakes were burnt one day. 」
