「Apart from the great view during breakfast and the warm, enthusiastic front desk staff, this guesthouse is utterly disappointing and highly not recommended. I have never been to a place that doesn't offer eggs for breakfast. The only food available was unpalatable cakes, very hard bread, chopped tomatoes, sliced cucumber, and some peaches that were nearly rotten. The soundproofing in the rooms is terrible. You can clearly hear someone sneezing in the room on the floor below, and at around 2:00...

「The extra touches in the room and the attentiveness of the staff added to an already pleasant experience. Highly recommended.」

「I was in the Abatellis room. Loved the high ceiling, large bed & bathroom, and 3 windows including a terrace. The room was maintained welled and spot clean. The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was provided at a local Bar one block away. Was able to enjoy Granitas at Summer day. Overall an wonderful experience!」

「Amazing hotel with five-star hospitality. The reception staff are all very friendly and they gave us unlimited refill of water and soda drinks given the hot weather.」

「Piazza noisy late at night, but wonderful location with many restaurants a few steps away.」

「Location was perfect. Walkable to many sites. Staff was very helpful, carried my luggage up steps. Great, affordable option. I recommend staying here.」

「Uniquely charming old Palazzo ideally located within a few minutes walk of many Palermo attractions. Small common area is just outside the rooms, a good place to enjoy tea, coffee, fruit and biscuits, and to meet other guests. Good restaurant suggestions. Room quiet despite busy neighborhood. Older or less able guests need to know that access is possible only via outside staircase, expect no help with bags.」
