Our room was clean and comfortable. What made this booking exceptional was the lengths Sergio went to in order to help us find our way to Zefiro Suites after our GPS stopped working. He actually found us in the city and escorted us to our destination. In all my years of traveling, I have never had such help, all with a kind and generous disposition. He truly was a trip savior. Thank you Sergio!

the attractions are at walkable distance from the suite. A bit noisy at night because there is a bar next to it. They provide earplugs but we were able to sleep without the earplugs. the room was clean. we stayed here for 3 nights. There was no hot water in the second night (likely the boiler was emptied)

Small, unique accommodation with a high standard, that is placed in the middle of the old town of Palermo. The hosts are superb and do whatever they can to make your stay a vacation you won’t forget — which includes a perfect breakfast.
