Every aspect of our stay was amazing. Two of the hosts - Michele and Ivan met us at the front door, and insisted on carrying our bags upstairs. They then sat us down for coffee and canolo, before explaining what sights we should see in Palermo. The room was immaculate, and even though we were unable to partake because of our schedules, the breakfast options looked amazing. On our first morning, Janna had some pastries for us to take with us (every other morning, we were out the door way too early). The location was great for walking Palermo, and the neighborhood was filled with locals, not tourists. Checkin and checkout were seemless. We will definitely stay again!

If you are trying to decide about booking this place, don't hesitate...just do it! You won't regret it. Not only were the hosts wonderfully sweet and helpful, they also served up delicious made to order breakfasts right in the room! The in-room jacuzzi was a treat after exploring the old city of Palermo, which is just a short walk away. Also, a wine shop with a wide variety of choices is conveniently located just across the street.

From the moment we were greeted we were taken care of and started to relax. After a long wait for our car at the airport and our first blast of navigating Palermo traffic - this was super important! This is the place you want to stay in Palermo - the attention to detail shows from the delicious breakfast and hospitality to the accommodations themselves.

Our room was newly renovated, beautiful and comfortable. It's a bit of a walk from the old part of Palermo, but worth it for the quiet. Jenna and family are very welcoming, helpful and accommodating, plus they serve a sumptuous breakfast.
