「We stayed at this hotel for ten nights, and the overall experience was extremely disappointing. On the very first night, we noticed that the air conditioner was making loud and disturbing noises. 「Some random thoughts: 1) Someone's hair easily spotted all over the bathroom's white walls when we checked in. Told front desk ( later with photos taken at the scene when repeated requests to clean them were futile ) as well as left notes to housekeeping yet the strands were never removed. 2) No green tea sachets and was bluntly told " we don't have green tea ". This is Marriott! 3) Telly not working properly and later fixed; cracked walls along doorframes with paint worn off. 4) Housekeeping...

「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」

「Our room is cozy, spacious and clean! Beddings are clean and crispy. Mattress is so soft and comfy. Staff are all friendly and helpful. Hearty and nutritious breakfast available every morning. The location is convenient. 7 stops by bus 436 or 36 from tube station (Oval), with loads of great pubs and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Not quite noisy at night even we slept with the window open. Totally safe and chill to take a walk at night. Easy to get around by buses. Will definitely stay there...

「The bed linning and towels were clean but everything else was dirty. The toilet was dirty, the balcony was awful, chewing gum underneath one of the beds, dusty everywhere, old juice in the fridge, only onw shower worked and the heating did not work. The owner had left two blow heaters and only one worked. I would never book this place again. Awful experience」
