「The room was huge, and the king-size bed was incredibly comfortable. those were the only positives of our stay. The property is outdated and desperately needs renovation. The walls were scratched, the baseboards were deteriorating, and there was a terrible smell throughout the hallways. Cleanliness was a serious concern. The property appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible evidence suggesting a mice infestation, particularly in the entrance hallway near the...

「Soup downstairs was delicious as was their gf bread. Man who checked me in helped me bring my bag up those steep stairs! Room was cute. Loved the giant (fancy) bottle of water, oatmeal…(too bad I couldn’t try the muffins as they have gluten) but what nice unexpected complimentary snacks. Could be loud potentially, it is above a pub, not an issue the night I was there」

「The main issue with the property was that the basement room smelled SO strongly of mildew and the stairs to get down there felt so steep and unsafe that one couple in our group ended up booking a hotel to accommodate themselves. This was truly more like a converted crawl space than a bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed in the living room was very uncomfortable, even for a sofa bed. The host did not have any location recommendations as she shared she has not lived in the area for 10 years, and...

「Clean and convenient」

「Good location, good bus services, great breakfast, lots of shops nearby, I would go back to this hotel」

「淋浴至一半時無熱水。住酒店最高層(约4樓)，無電梯，㩦大件行李十分不便，無人協助搬入房。街道十分嘈雜，近救護站，時常有救護車响警号在街往來。」

「The room」

「I'd defo recommend my friends to stay here! 」

「There was no clear instruction that no one will be in the office after 6 PM. I arrived around 6:15 PM and no one is there. I call the 5 phone numbers on the office door and no one is picking up. After help from a resident and neighbor. I finally got a hold of one of the officers and finally got in. Other than this, the room is great and clean. 」

「AVOID – I paid for a room that was never provided I would strongly advise others to avoid booking this property. I booked and paid for a two-night stay through Hotels.com for 9–11 September. I had a confirmed reservation, but when I arrived at the property to check in, the housekeeper told me that they were fully booked, there was no room available for me, and they had no record of my reservation in their system. I therefore had no accommodation despite having already paid for my stay and had...

「The room is nicely decorated and the staff are friendly. But one thing to note, it’s not in the city centre. You have to take bus or metro to the city centre, taking around 30-45 mins. Btw, the bus service in London is quite stable and convenient.」
