WiFi doesn’t exist on this particular unit, we have to use public WiFi, when I called the front desk, I was advised to reach out to either Expedia or hosteeva since they’re the once I booked with, what a disappointment. "We stayed 2 nights and had a great experience! Morning & Night shift staff was nice. They had complimentary breakfast which is more like quick grabs like honey buns, muffins, snacks with coffee, hot cocoa and waters to grab. Pool was clean and open. Our room was clean! Bathroom was clean.
Overall if you’re looking for a place to stay this would be it! Multiple places to grab a bite and about 20 mins from the beach. "

"My husband and I really enjoyed our stay. Great location everything to suit our particular needs was in driving distance. The only negative review and I’m being very transparent is that housekeeping knocks on the doors way too early especially for guest staying five days and our room never got cleaned once. I have to say that’s a first for us. That minor detail does matter and could potentially get the hotel negative ratings. However, everything else was A1 and the staff was very friendly. Needless to say my husband and I had a blast in Pensacola. Overall still a 5 star rating for us!!!"
