Value for the price is spot on. Room was clean and exactly what you would expect. The owner was on property and engaged with guests. Would stay again.

Have one reservation forgot put in three different rooms 1st room no shower or lights 2nd room no T.V. 3rd room roaches and no T.V, and none of the rooms had towels

This hotel should be shut down and removed from Expedia. It is not worth any stay. The hotel is very neglected and old. It should be shut down by the authorities. There is rubbish all over and the rooms are dirty and most parts damaged or worn out. The linen are tirn and soiled, but the staff claims its clean and good. The hotel is simply not even one star worth. Dont go dont go! Marihuana is freely smoked around and the whole hotel is drenched in that smoke!

STAY AWAY!!

STAY AWAY! Terrible motel! The room had big holes in the walls.COCKROACHES EVERYWHERE! Fridge didn't work and TV did not work. No towels or washclothes available in bathroom or toilet paper. Crack heads all over the motel and area. Very unsafe! This place should be condemned.

It was absolutely terrible, walked into the room it smelled like cat piss there was huge roaches, BLOOD on the walls, toilet seat was broken appeared like someone was sleeping in our bed before arriving. Trash everywhere, it was awful. Holes in the blankets and only one pillow for two beds. It was absolutely gross.

It was horrible. The smell was awful. Someone was pulling on the door at 1 a.m. did not feel safe at all. Awful awful awful. Definitely doesn't look like the pics.

if you're looking to smoke some crack and hang with some prostitutes, look no further! this place is rough. front desk lady was very kind and did everything she could. but unless you absolutely must sleep on a bed, I'd recommend sleeping in your car before staying here.

Terrible place to stay

The hotel smelled like mold and mildew. There was water damage in the room, no towels in the room, when we asked about towels they caught an attitude with us and couldn't provide 4 towels for the 4 people staying in the room.

The most disgusting place I have ever seen. Smell like an ashtray after There were roaches crawling on the bed sheets. Me and my family could not stay in that place.

need refund my money the conditions in the bedroom are precarious bad bad conditions no Clean roaches on the sink I just open de Door wa a dead mouse in front The door.. drug people around the room chekings the guesses arrival at the hotel… Why yall keep on your booking pages places like this and lie and cheat the costumers to make us lose our money and ask us pay insurance in case of cancellation.. I check in but immediately I returned the keys of the bedroom bc of all the bad circumstances and insecurity. I will call my bank to make this dispute because I want my refunds back

One star hotel, I was not expecting much. Filthy broken down. When I asked for towels, they said they didn’t have any. Seems more like a hotel that you would rent by the hour.

BYOT…Bring your own towels! What the hotel provided were dirty had red stains. Top it off the hotel staff informed me don’t bother exchanging them as all are the same.

The exterior door was missing a door knob and had the hole in its place, so anyone could look or reach in. There were exposed wires coming out of the walls. Most of the furniture was damaged and the walls and doors had chunks missing. There were bugs in the toilet. The owner refused to issue a refund.

The place was not so great but the staff were more than nice….we got what we paid for but they need to at least update some items in there rooms and hotel such as the comforters, the REFRIGERATOR, ours didnt work at all, it was nice of them to let us use there’s, but we’re on vacation we’re not going to keep going out our room to go up front each time especially since our room was literally in the very bad. Their maintenance guy or who ever locks the lobby up at a certain time was not it…we were using the microwave in the lobby since the room didn’t have one, which says in the details the room has a microwave but did not. We were just warming up our food, he came by talking but we didn’t understand him, he was walking and talking at the same time, and said rudely that’s hes locking up the lobby which i did not know they lock up the lobby literally….not a prisoner but okayy some hotels rules are different. Hella bugs which i understand for Florida, but you can also fumigate the rooms. Im not going to pick out everything that could easily be fixed or can be avoid for future renters. I should had took pictures but it was a 2 night stay i recommend only 1 night stays if you can’t find nothing else.

This property is not a fit for anyone that want a nice day if you are a true budget and don't mind cleaning up your own room no towels and maybe clean sheets then I suppose it's okay but this this place was a one-star facility. It needs a lot of upgrading it needs to be really closed down now and renovated. I stay here a few nights only because the price was cheap and I went in and sterilized and cleaned my own room and brought my own towels
