The room was clean but the floors and baseboards were not. The service was not good either, the staff was friendly but when asked for fresh towels and an extra pillow they never brought it. 24 hours later I had to wait at the front desk for them to actually give me fresh towels as I wasn’t going to take “we will take them right up” as an answer again. The front desk staff was sick, wiping her nose then touching things. When we arrived to check in we waited for someone to come out of the back room as they were watching their personal cell phone. I paid extra for this hotel (then what was offered in the area) because I thought it would be a better experience, I was disappointed.
