"This hotel had comfortable beds and pillows provided two waters every day which was really convenient. There is a Lawsons inside the Hotel on L2. It is close to the train station. There is two shopping centers the Seacle and Rinku town premium. I would not worry about the premium it's expensive. There is a huge Don quiotte. Rinkutown has 7 eleven with smoothies."

"Amazing hotel"

"I loved this place, but my review would be higher if they had an air conditioner. I paid for two rooms, and when we called the front desk while we were sweating, they told us we couldn't change it. The air/heating affects the whole floor. We did have a window we could open, but the nights would be loud. This is in a great location and walkable to about everything. "

"Super convenient hotel located close to Universal Studios and train station. Great amenities including a super cool check-in cart for children where they can collect pyjamas, slippers and toothbrushes from. The room was spacious enough and had lovely views. Some things are slightly rundown, but it’s very clean and convenient and would stay again."

"Very nice stay in Osaka. I'd recommend or stay here again, no doubt. We had no idea what to expect with access to the 'Executive' stay. We were pleasantly surprised by what that gave us access to. We ended our evenings looking out over the city. A+ room and staff, not a thing we could complain about. "
