「Our stay got off to a very poor start. We were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, with rubbish from the previous guests still scattered around. A cleaning staff member apologized and said a manager would come up to take us to the “correct” room, but no one came. We were later told to return to the lobby with our heavy luggage. When we finally met the manager, she claimed she had been waiting for us upstairs and showed little apology for the incident. The replacement room was on a low...

「Great location, close to Earl’s Court Station, with restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The free laundry facilities were also a nice bonus. The room was average in terms of cleanliness — not dirty, but not particularly spotless either. The staff were generally polite and helpful, but I didn’t really feel welcomed. The service felt more functional and transactional rather than warm and genuinely hospitable. One morning-shift staff member also came across as particularly serious and...

「The room is comfortable. The facilities are new and in good condition.」

「Great location with free access to the well equipped Leonardo hotel spa and gym which is just round the corner. The room itself was ok fairly basic in terms of equipment but adequate if you don't want to cook much. I would recommend this studio room.」

「Convenient place, nice staff」

「Good place,,」

「After booking, Hausd System sends an email to guests, allowing them to indicate preferred check-in and check-out times. Hausd replies within 24 hours before arrival to confirm whether early check-in or late check-out is possible. Since we arrived in London around 9 AM, we requested early check-in, but the hotel only issued an official email without acknowledging our request, which felt a bit overlooked. The location of Hausd is excellent, exactly in London Chinatown, very close to the city...

「Room is spacious, a small yet well functioned kitchen. Free good coffee available whole day」
