It was dirty on the outside. The chair in my room was broken. The hotel charged a fee which is the first time with going through Expedia. Don't know why. Lastly, after copying my driver's license the hotel still required a picture be taken. Would not recommend this place.

This is a great property and value for the location. Unfortunately I was hit with a resort fee for the first time during check in after booking thru Expedia and fully paying online. Never been charged an extra resort fee before? So personally I will not be booking at this property any longer. Still a great place and value. I just hate hidden fees!!! Thank you!

I’m extremely disappointed with my stay this time. We came two weeks ago for one night and, since the hotel seemed convenient and centrally located for the price, we decided to return. However, this experience was completely different. At check-in, we were given a room that was apparently already assigned to another guest. Fortunately, we hadn’t entered the room yet when the front desk called to notify us of the mistake. They then provided us with another key for a different room, but that one didn’t work either. We had to call the front desk again, and José—the same person who originally helped us—came up to open the door. He was very kind and told us that, due to all the inconvenience, we would receive complimentary breakfast the next morning. The next day, when I went to the front desk for the breakfast, they tried to charge me because nothing had been noted by the staff the night before. On top of that, we didn’t have a good night’s sleep due to a very noisy air conditioner and uncomfortable pillows. Other than that, the room was clean. After all of this, I can confidently say I won’t be returning

El precio que pagué en xpedia incluían el desayuno y el fee del hotel, llego hacer el checking y me cobran el fee del hotel q es 12.5 $ x día d estadía y además m dicen que el desayuno no está incluido y que si quiero el desayuno tengo q pagar 11.5 $ x persona, no pueden ofrcer un hotel con todas las comodidades y cuando uno llega al hotel le quieren cobrar por todo, incluso pagué un seguro en su aplicación xpedia para q no hubieran cargos ocultos y respetaran el precio, la verdad ya no se si volveré a confiar en xpedia ya que la información q brindan no es confiable por q la llegar al hotel aparecen cargos y cobros los cuales uds antes de q uno pague la reserva completa en su página los ofrecen sin ningún cargo y dicen q lo q paguemos en la pagina eso se cobrará y q no se pagaráas dinero en el hotel, muy mal xpedia la verdad decepciónado por q ofrecen algo y luego en el sitio t cobram todo

So let me start this off by saying this was the worst hotel EVER. first, they took a picture of me at the front desk like I was some sort of CRIMINAL. I was FORCED to hand over 200 dollars in *CASH* as well. Not to mention, the door wouldn’t open either, I had to force into my own hotel room. And the worst of all, there were roaches EVERYWHERE!!??!!? I was trying to sleep, roaches near my bed, I was trying to eat, roaches in the fridge, I was trying to walk, roaches near my feet.. what is this? Am I going to have to pay 200 in cash to the roaches next? On J I’m not returning, no aura + L ratio + Bozo. but nah it was lowkey kinda chill I’d go back
