"Our hotel was great except for check-in. We arrived at 1:30 and our room wasn't ready. That's acceptable, but the woman at the front desk wasn't very accommodating and she never called us to let us know that our room was ready. Finally, I went back in just before 3:00 and she said I forgot to call you."

"I stayed in a smaller room on the first floor. The interior decoration is fun, and the bathroom and shower are very nice, if small. Microwave and mini-fridge worked fine. Very close to the boardwalk which is great. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Would go back here before a chain, much better experience."
