「This property was booked by Expedia as the original property booked with our trip turned out to be fraudulent. expedia arranged this quickly with the host. the property has biometric entry which we were not aware of until we arrived as this is usually done 24hours before , however the host contacted us and we got it sorted. 「Basically staying in SA safety is a concern, i had a very bad experience in my last visit of SA in the other hotel. City lodge is quite good about this, the employee is good. One complaint is the view, i didn't get the mountain view this time.」

「very good very nice」

「Our favorite hotel in Cape Town. The breakfast is the best I've ever had at a hotel--and I've traveled a lot! The staff is unbelievably kind and helpful. We always feel so at home here. Love it!」

The stuffs are nice, still lack of experience. In general, I'd stay here again if I had the chance to visit the city again.」

「酒店可以見到桌山，附近碼頭景色漂亮，步行去V&A wharf shopping mall非常方便。」

After I contacted the staff, they said it could not be fixed until the next day when the IT team was on duty. I was told to connect to a neighbor’s Wi-Fi instead, but the signal was so weak that I...
