「Stayed here overnight as we passed through this area on a long trip to visit family. The check-in was easy, friendly and welcoming. The rooms were comfortable and clean. We felt safe in the area and there was plenty of restaurants within walking distance, easy driving distance (a couple of blocks or so). The room, a king size, was a little more pricey than I wanted but inflation always surprises me, I don't book a lot of hotel stays. But it was not overpriced, worth the money for peace of mind...

「It was a great stay overall, quiet location, clean rooms, decent furnishings…the only negative was when arriving about 4pm, the lobby was locked, I waited at least 15 mins before the desk person returned, they were super apologetic, inconvenient but not a huge issue.」

「Its really nice . The bed is king size so very comfortable. But location is not good . Just nice for the long distance drive people to take the hotel.」

「Staff was very kind when checking in and out. Made the process easy. I gave it 4 stars because the cleaning crew tried to get in the room at 8am and then again at 10a. while I was getting dressed and just stared at me. Very awkward. 」

「Great service by staff and comfortable room. The heated pool was nice, but surprisingly far from the doors on the back of the hotel (facing east, so no afternoon sun). Lots of access to shopping and dining, and a great breakfast in the morning.」

「My suite was great! My room was clean and my bed was comfy. Check in was great. I didn’t really see anyone after that.」

「Kim at the front desk was very friendly and helpful!! After a long drive from Houston she check us in quick and went the extra mile to get us two rooms next to each other plus we got extra bag of cookies for the kiddos. The hotel 1bedroom with sofa bed was perfect for family of 5 . AC was cold and breakfast was good . 」

「I like the self fact the receptionist checked in with us prior to our arrival to confirm our reservation wouldnt ve cancelled. I liked how she (Heather) assigned is to a clean room so when we made it we were able to check in. From there, i havent experienced a problem. 」
