「Perfect spot if you are planning on exploring The Cotswolds. It is in a very relaxing setting and quiet surroundings. The accomodation was spotless when we arrived and we had everything we needed. We loved our daily chicken visitors! 」

「Lovely hotel, quiet in the suite separate from the main hotel. Good facilities- large pool and I liked there was a swim lane and general lane. Staff friendly and helpful. Little dated in the rooms but plenty of space, comfortable bed/pillows and very dark. Would recommend.」

「The bedroom lights were not bright enough for reading at bedtime. The bathroom was lovely, with a separate bath and shower, and plenty of hot water. Breakfast was lovely, but the staff forgot to provide spoons for the cereals and fruit salad, so we had to wait longer before eating.」

「Very small room but clean. Facilities are old. Shower was leaked of water. Hotel just likes a 2 stars hotel in China which costs £20-30.」

「从伦敦坐大巴上午到达酒店，由于下雨就在酒店大堂暂时休息。酒店人员很热情，房间整理好后立即提前给办理了入住手续并升级了房间。升级的房间太好了，大床，大房间，大浴室。虽然是9月，外面下雨刮风白天只有14度，房间暖气很给力！乡下很安静，交通很便利。餐饮很美味而且价格合理。非常适合自驾休闲度假。酒店有电水壶和usb接口。」

「Room was clean and bright but bathroom was a bit out dated and tired. Breakfast was lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal at the boathouse 」

「The 5-night stay was overall comfortable, although there was an issue with controlling the temperature of the hot water shower. It would occasionally become scalding during showers. It would also be wonderful if breakfast could include some fruit. Other than these minor points, it was a delightful stay. When we arrived in the late afternoon, the reception gentleman kindly helped my daughter and me carry our luggage to the room on the 2nd floor.」

「Doubletree Hilton at Cheltenham is fabulous for family trip where I ever experienced with. The staffs were very helpful for everything even I requested so much to suit for the elderly, such as shower bathroom etc. I would highly recommend the Hilton at Cheltenham for everyone.」

「Good location near shopping mall and market. The room was spacious and comfortable but we needed to climb up the stairs with our heavy luggage. Dinner was delicious.」

「整體來說都滿意，唯一要彈的是冷氣機經常噴出一塊塊灰黑色的物體， 可能是隔塵網太污糟了，應該清洗乾淨好D， 弄得被上一塊塊污跡，這樣不太好。 其他設施及服務也貼心。」
