「Driftwood Beachhouse is perfectly located to enjoy fresh air, birdsong and peace and quiet. Jez was a great host, really friendly and accommodating, giving us helpful local advice and getting the hot tub ready each evening. Breakfast was delicious. The rooms and outside spaces are really charming, decorated with character and you feel at home. Highly recommended!」

「The property was very clean and tidy. The Continental Breakfast provided was varied, plentiful and fresh. We only met the owner, Rosie and one other member of staff called Linda. Both were very welcoming, nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we didn’t really have time to investigate the area as our stay there had been for the purpose of visiting friends who we had met on previous holidays abroad and to attend their daughter’s wedding. We wouldn’t hesitate to book to stay at Hogwarts again...

「Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Hotel was clean and tidy. Our room was a nice size with a big bathroom. Shower over the bath so could have either. Facilities in our room for tea or coffee were excellent. Highly recommend this hotel. 」

「The owner of The Lodge was very welcoming providing me with good information on how to find the place. My room was well equipped with TV, Fridge and Kettle plus storage for clothing if I needed to use it. The site also has ample parking. Although miles from other places, it's a quiet location and quite a hidden gem. It doesn't take long to get back to the Chatham area.」

「Quiet the Friday we stayed , good service ,ate in the restaurant dinner and breakfast both good , certainly tucked away albeit with a decent view overlooking the pier, (sea view room ) and tbh doesn't really feel like your in the brash of the seafront, will stay again 」
