「员工热情，公用停车场就在边上傍车方便，离轨道交通近有点噪。」

「I checked in early and dropped the luggage off first. The front desk told me that i could come back around 2pm and the room should be ready. I went back around 2:45 and was told the room is not ready. (which is fine, i know the official check in time is 3pm) the lady in the front desk told me she msged the house keeping but the room is just not ready. i asked couple more times when will the room be ready, and they couldn't give me answer and just kept saying that they are still waiting for the...

「Love it! Very close to the lake and the NU campus!」

「My flight to Chicago got diverted because of terrible weather. I messaged the hotel in advance to cancel the first night and asked for a refund/discount. No one replied. When I checked in I explained again and all I got was 'hotel policy'. I had been in similar situations before with other holiday inn(in Japan) and they refunded me. 「The staff was friendly and helpful. They also paid close attention to make sure that the people entering were guests and did it with class not being mean. It makes me feel safe when staff is on duty and makes sure guests are safe. The woman who checked me in explained the amenities check out time and breakfast time. Very pleasant as was gentleman in the evening. Very clean room and good rates」

「When I check in, the staff don't have smile, the whole procedure was in a serious face。Wifi setting was difficult, TV remote control also not user friendly。 Breakfast was terrific。 Good location easy to walk to river side。」

「This review is for the 2 Queen River View Room. Compared with the 2 Queen Deluxe room, which I had before, the 2 Queen River View Room had a larger bathroom, full-height closet (important for hanging dresses/long garments), luggage rack without asking, 2 bathrobes (instead of 2), 2 facial masks, and a vanity amenities box (cotton balls & swabs, makeup-removing wipes). Beds were good; Wi-Fi worked; room temp adjustable. Lots of storage/drawer space and furniture surfaces. Good bedside charging...
