「Very nice place to stay for a couple days」

「I’m sure every hotel caters to their ideal client however as a boutique hotel I wouldn’t have considered such refined hotel in the heart of Atlanta to turn into a nightclub with extremely loud environment in the middle of the hotel lobby bar all weekend long. Couldn’t hold any conversations and felt very uncomfortable in the standard Marriott brand I’m used too. Disappointing」

「I like the service and I like the new rooms」

「Self-parking wasn’t an option, so valet parking was our only choice, and the experience was horrible. We waited over 15 minutes in a line of cars just to get valet assistance. We were already registered hotel guests who had checked in the night before, so returning to the hotel after an event and having to wait that long for valet service was unacceptable. The valet service was extremely disappointing and needs significant improvement.」

「Smooth process from beginning to end. Very clean, great location.」
