「Terrible experience with the staff and the manager . Tv was not working . Smell coming from AC. They just take signature on the paper so that u will forget the checkout time without giving u a fair warning or send someone that there will be late fee . They just kept the whole deposit .This is ridiculous i was suppose to checkout at 11 . I forgot and checking out at 12 and now they are keeping my whole deposit which freaking half of the amount of my reservation . Shame on the owners and...
