"My room showed significant signs of wear and tear. The chrome on the bedside lamps was peeling, one of the lamps did not work, and the couch looked heavily used and outdated. The housekeeping staff did a great job cleaning the room each day, so I do appreciate their efforts and service. However, the overall condition of the room was not worth the price I paid for my stay. I’m especially disappointed because Hilton is usually my preferred hotel brand, and I’ve always had positive experiences in the past."
