「The property was close to downtown Napa as well as to many vineyards. The room was well equipped to meet our needs. There were restaurants on site. A great place to stay!」

「Nice condo steps from the slopes and the Village. Parking under the building was ideal. Would certainly stay again!」

「The floor was covered in chicken and goose droppings because there were no fences and many chickens and geese ran around, even pooping in front of your room. The outdoor hot tub was completely unusable, and the tub was full of leaves, mud, and dust. It looks like no one has ever cleaned it.I messaged the host on the day I checked in saying there was no hot water outside, but they didn't reply until the next day when I was about to check out.」

「The room was super clean,convenient. Had everything needed super close to the lake. Seeing in person was even than online. The staff was super friendly and helpful grocery store literally four minute walk away lovely places to eat. Must try the Italian across the street hot tub fire pit private beach. I can’t say enough about this place. We’ll definitely come back A+++++」

「Positives: friendly and helpful staff, dog friendly Negatives: rooms need serious remodel. Bathrooms especially are very outdated and in very poor shape」

「Loved our stay here. It was very peaceful and the reception staff were very friendly. They were great with communication and instructions. We got to our cottage after hours and it was a smooth check-in with the instructions emailed to us. The cottage is very comfy and spacious.It was about a 10 min drive to everything like downtown Truckee and it said 15/20 min to Palisades Tahoe but felt like less. 」

「Ducha beautiful and unique stay. The apartment was very clean. Loved having a kitchen to cook our own meals. The view and surrounding area are unbelievable. You get a free tour of the light house and a free mini bottle of wine, which are nice additions. Definitely looking forward to coming back here. 」
