I am writing to express my deep concern regarding an incident involving a front desk staff member named Justin during our recent stay. His behavior toward my family was not only unprofessional but also raised serious concerns about possible discrimination and harassment.
On the night in question, around 11 PM, Justin , over the phone ,aggressively questioning how many people were staying with us. Despite having no valid reason to suspect any policy violation, he continued to harass my mother over the phone, making her feel targeted and uncomfortable. His tone and persistence were completely inappropriate, especially at that hour.
When I attempted to address the situation calmly in person, Justin responded by yelling at me hysterically instead of listening or de-escalating the situation. His reaction was not only unprofessional but deeply concerning and distressing to both me and my family.
Given the nature of his behavior, we believe that Justin's actions were not only inappropriate but may have been motivated by racial bias, which is completely unacceptable in any establishment that claims to value diversity and respect.
We hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately. No guest should ever have to feel harassed, disrespected, or discriminated against while staying at your property.
