「Room was clean, however carpet had stains and a ripped place. Pillow case had lipstick stain. Breakfast was appreciated but very average.」

Our breakfast was delightful due to RJ, What a kind , friendly and helpful young man. Then as we are checking out, we meet Dawn. Both of these employees of your motel are such an asset. Because of Dawn and RJ, we would return to this establishment anytime we are in the Buffalo area. They both went out of their way to make us feel appreciated」

「We were very pleased with our stay! The cabin was exceptionally clean and updated in all the right ways while still maintaining its cozy cabin charm. The shower had a nice, modern showerhead with plenty of height, which was a great touch. Check-in was quick and easy. The air conditioning worked great, though a little noisy. 「The hotel was decent....average. We had rented 2 rooms for our group. We had to request to move from one of the rooms, because when you walked in , the room smelled like stinky feet, or wet dog. I think the smell was coming from the air conditioner unit though. The room we moved to was acceptable. The pool was indoor & heavily chlorinated, but the grandkids had fun in it. The breakfast items were the typical hot breakfast menu...not that hot, but they had a microwave to heat the food up to...
