Pros: Comfortable, quiet rooms, staff listened carefully to our requests and honored them. Room was tiny but well laid out. Beds comfortable. Cons: we had to side step road warriors lounging in the parking lot loading and unloading their vehicle, arguing. There were some guests out smoking in the covered drop off spot by the front doors in their Jammies, that was kind of awkward. Place feels a little low end. When we checked in the Front desk guy argued sharply that all the photos of breakfast and mentions of free breakfast online were incorrect. We didn't get free breakfast. He even had a special sign he had set out on the desk that said no free breakfast, lol. Confusing, i let him "be right" but had to chuckle. Clearly some rooms get free breakfast, some don't. Or we don't. Not sure. We got a great rate on the room so i get that he can't give away breakfast on top of that but it felt a bit random. We would stay there again. For others, don't expect a lot of warm fuzzies if you go. It's a decent hotel though.

They have a sticker on the front door saying the hotel is smoke free, but the staff sit outside the side hallway door and smoke with the door open. The hallway smelled horrible, and my husband can't be around smokers, or he starts coughing. Although the staff were very apologetic, they need to be given their own smoking area. 5 feet from the side door is too close. Sorry, but we won't be able to come back. Otherwise, our room was clean and did not smell of cigarettes.

No breakfast as advertised, elevator not working. Checked us into a room that hadn't been cleaned, and second room had no working lights in bathroom. King size bed had three small, flat pillows. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

We stayed here a year ago and loved it. So on our way home from MT we decided to stay again. Employee at check in was was really nice, check in was fast. There wasn't any breakfast offered and fresh coffee wasn't available until 7am. We got to our room and the toilet was dirty, definitely not cleaned in a while. Room was clean, but bed sheets were very wrinkled. And bottom sheet was on inside out. 3 pillows for a king size bed and they weren't your standard hotel type pillows. They were flat and hard with the exception of one. Towels were small but the water pressure in the shower was amazing! Not sure that we'd stay there again. It's a good location with shopping and dining options close by.

Although not on the historic Main Street, it is a 5 minute drive and across from a steakhouse and close to a local drive in, It is very clean and convenient property-- There are a good bed, hot water, good cable tv, microwave, fridge and soap, conditioner and coffee in room. Very good value. I would stay here again.

This was an interesting facility. To begin with, the hallway on the way to the room reeked of highly spicy food cooking right across the hall from our room. There was some kind of electronic device on the hallway floor pumping out room deodorizer which unfortunately couldn't overcome the stink from the food. The room was very cramped and small. No bedside table on one side of the bed and outlets were scarce. But the worst part was the condition of the room. The carpet appeared as though it had not been vacuumed in months, if ever. It was filthy. the bathroom was dirty, with pubic hair on the rim of the toilet and on the floor around the base of the toilet as well as BM dried under the rim. Curiously, there was a spray bottle of toilet cleaner behind the bathroom door. The toilet paper was the smallest roll I have ever seen, more like something you might expect to find in a dollhouse, comical. There was hair on the shower curtain and towels. The eschuseon on the assist bar had so much black slimy filth caked around it, it was sickening, as well as black muck around the shower handle eschuseon. Shower floor was dangerously slick. I made a trip to a local store for cleaning supplies above and beyond what I travel with. This included Lysol spray to try to get rid of the foul odor of the room, like an old dirty nursing home smell. I did not however and of course buy a vacuum. The pillows were like small bags of solid rags in a case three times the size of the pillow.

The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. The shower was nice, but the handle was quite loose. The cleaning staff were amazing and made animals with the towels and designs with the toilet paper - nice touches. The front desk guy said there’d be hot coffee at 7am. There was not though. It was day old and gross at 7:30am. The halls, flooring and other things were old. They tried to spruce it up with pictures on the walls, but it only puts a bandaid on it. The place needs a big update. The common area with the gross coffee was also a disaster zone with boxes and garbage everywhere. I’d probably stay here again as it was cheap.

I think new owners are in charge. When we arrived, there was no soap in our bathroom, no breakfast (despite online info), no ice (machine out of order), no vending (machine empty), no elevator (out of order), and the most obtuse operating system for air-conditioning we have ever experienced. The front desk personnel (when they were present, which was rarely), hat no idea when any of these items were going to be brought to minimal, working standards. I was so looking forward to staying at this hotel, but it did not meet my expectations. I would not stay here again. We were given a small discount on our daily fee because there was no breakfast. I hope things get better for their sake.

The price was fair for what we got. Clean, basic, no frills lodging. Elevator didn't work, breakfast not included (break room was full of boxes). Had to request to have room tidied. wasn't cleaned during the 3 days we stayed. Had to request towels. Location was so-so. Very much appreciated that we were able to stay with our JRT. Grounds need beautification/watering.

We were told at the time of our reservation there would be continental breakfast. When we arrived there was a sign stating no, continental breakfast. We could tell the cafe was a disarray for a long time. They could of notified us prior to our visit and we would of been able to go somewhere else. They were very short staffed and many things were not working like the elevator and ice machine.

The room was recently renovated and very nice. They are in the midst of renovating the entire property and so the room was reduced to reflect not having the breakfast provided. The front desk attendant was very responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our stay here.
