This was the easiest, nicest check-in I have ever experienced. It was an adorable little cabin I stayed in that was clean and had everything I needed. It was reasonably priced. I would highly recommend staying here.

Z-Bar Motel and Cabins provided a good stop for us between Yellowstone and Badlands National parks. The staff person checking us in and out was polite and helpful.

A gem! Individual cabins, well equipped with very comfortable bed (super soft sheets!!) and thick bath towels. Owners were very helpful to make arrangements for our arrival after the front desk/check in was closed. Property was easy to access and the Fix coffee shop nearby makes a fantastic voodoo chai latte. We only stayed one night but if we were going to be in the area for longer, I would have happily stayed there for a few more. Totally recommend!!

We loved our stay at ZBar Motel. Our cabin was beautifully renovated and sparkling clean. Outlets are plentiful and accessible, and the lighting was very good. Climate control is excellent. Quiet, cozy, everything we could ask for.

I liked this place for the proximity to town and for the uniqueness. It was much nicer than staying in a motel, although it was a bit cramped inside. There was some traffic noise but not real bothersome.

Very nice, clean and had everything needed for our stay. The door was pretty noisey to open and shut. We were able to have our pet with us and he needed out often. It was hard to keep quiet for the other cabins in the early morning hours when our pet needed out. Other than that, we enjoyed the facility and our stay.

Really neat motel in the form of small cabins, mostly. Clean, quiet and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were both pleasant. We would stay here again.

The room assigned bore no resemblence to the advertized rooms. The sound from the in-wall air conditioner was like driving on a busy highway at 70 mph and opening the windows. Floor was sticky and the lounge chaie had a dirty throw cover over it. The cost was over that of other area rooms. While they checked off the list of ammenities, the quality of these was poor to marginal.

Our "log cabin' room was great! Check in was easy. My favorite part was the grassy area in the middle of the place. There were picnic tables to hang out at or eat dinner, etc. it is dog friendly, too!

I highly recommend the Z Bar Motel in Buffalo. I stayed in a small cabin that was extra comfortable and like new. Lits of amenities- and great shower pressure. I will definitely return!

Very nice place, in a wooden cozy cabin. Lovely atmosphere just outside historic downtown. There is no breakfast or iron, but for just one night it’s not a big deal. Top cleaning and old-but-gold furniture. No deposit required, people at the desk very kind and helpful.

Spent a night here with my dog on a road trip and it was a great experience. I was able to work right by my door, the bed was comfy and the water pressure and hot water was heavenly after a long day of driving. There’s plenty of grounds to walk your dog and it’s very peaceful. I will definitely stay here again when in the area.

The cabin we stayed in was immaculate. Parking was right next to the door, and there was an area in front to walk/potty pets. This a family-owned business, which is a rare find.
