「There are definitely up and downs at this property. The front desk staff was good and they definitely tried to help where they could. I had a suit because it was me and my 2 kids. In the room, their TV had no cord and no remote. I called down and the maintenance said they didn't have another TV so front desk just gave us an extra room. So now my kids were in their own room. For some this wouldn't work, but my kids are responsible so it was fine. We ate at the restaurant, service was really not...
