「The positive: The units are very nice and the location is excellent. The negative: checking in and the management. I waited for fifty minutes to check in because there was nobody at the reception desk. I called the number they provided and then emailed them and nobody responded. Eventually I was able to check in with the help of a person who I believe was the electrician (!). They were very friendly and helpful. 「This is a complete unmanned/self-service hotel. If you don't have enough strength and persistence to walk up ~40 stairs with 20 kg luggage, don't choose this. Another impressive thing is that the stove top was packed in a box and placed on the top of the microwave (close to the ceiling). So, the only way of cooking in the room is by using microwave, in the perfect-looking kitchen! I understand that cooking with stove top may cause cleaning difficulties, but a great accommodation is not evaluated...
