「Charging $20 to check in 30 minutes early is why I won’t use this company again. Corporate greed! What happened to old fashioned common sense. The room is available. I told the lady at the counter we just want to drop our bags off and we won’t be back until midnight. We were the only people in the whole complex. She said it was policy. Best Western lost a customer for life!!」

「The room was decently cleaned. The drawer handles were sticky and there was sticky stuff in the bathroom floor. Staff was very friendly, kind and helpful. WiFi was not too bad a tad slow but worked fine for what we needed it for. The shower paint was peeling and grout was lifting. You can tell there was a lot of patch jobs done on this property. 」
