「The location is kind of awkward. I had pre-registered online which didn’t mean a thing once I got there I had to pay a $50 hotel fee that supposedly someday I will get back. The breakfast was bare. Basics in the room was just as basic definitely would would not go back」

「Mostly occupied by construction staff, smoking in rooms with windows open. Outdoor trash overflowing. Pool too cold to go in. Continental breakfast had expired food items. Staff were great, Mexican restaurant next door good food」

「Absolutly disgusting. I checked in last night and the kid had no idea what was going on. Follow that up with the room was disgusting, I had no towels or toilet paper, and soon after gwtting here there was no body in the office to assist. Long story short I went to the office this morning to get toilet paper and wasnt even asking for a refund just letting the gentleman know my experiance and all he had to say is "just so you know youre not getting a penny back". Worst customer service i ever...

「I booked pay at hotel with Expedia in late 2025. On January 5th I called the hotel to see if I could pay ahead of time. That request was accepted. I show up on April 20th, 2026 and at checkin, the lady helping me says I owe for the night. I told her that I paid already. Another woman working hears the conversation and says it’s not paid. 「very good area n friendly worker 」

「The room was mostly clean... except the mirrors. They were gross!! I cleaned them myself. It looked like someone cleaned them with a greasy dirty rag. The floor was clean. Bathroom clean. Sheets clean. Good enough for a night's rest during long travel. The biggest problem was the window above the door with the brightest light shining thru. There's not really any way to cover it either, unless you have cardboard or tape or tacks. Bed was ok comfy but that light was so bright it was hard to sleep...
