"This Hotel/resort was definitely a 10/10 for us. The property was very clean, the rooms was very clean and spacious, there was activities going on everyday, plenty of food and drinks. We even visited the spa and received a deep tissue massage which was AMAZING. The only bad thing I might would say is we were on the 4th floor and we had to climb those stairs π. We will definitely be back. 10/10 highly recommend π"

"My telephone was not working properly and I reported it on more than one occasion. I also arranged for Bell man to pick up my luggage at 4:30 AM and i was waiting until I had to take my luggages down the stairs to meet the cart at 5:30 when I eventually got through to front desk. Aside from that excellent customer service. Everyone was polite and respectful. I Love that!"
