「Hotel looks nice. Definitely an older hotel as some of the furniture in the suite was dated and worn. Kitchen cabinet drawer broken. The room was probably cleaned but saw hair and dirt on floor in the bathroom. Pillows on the bed looked like someone leaned against them on one side. Not overly presentable like in other hotels we have stayed in. The pool area was very nice but again some patio furniture looked pretty rough. 「Overall this hotel provided a comfortable stay. I had a suite with full kitchen and the room was very accommodating. The staff left me with mixed feelings of customer service. Some were friendlier than others and this applied to front desk as well as the cielo bar. the food was a bit of a hit and miss however i did enjoy the majority of offerings especially a really well prepared steak on my last days stay there. I liked the aspect of parking my vehicle and being able to take an elevator...

「the area around it is okay. lots of homeless and creeps so if your coming on a girls trip just keep that in mind. ubers are good and there’s parking at the hotel. room was nice but the workers also had a starring problem so also a negative. we used the cafe at the hotel and it was convenient and good. overall hotel was nice. 」
