"Came for a business trip. The whole building was under renovation. Dust everywhere. All rooms were freshly painted and it was a strong smell of paint inside of the room. No substitute room was offered, no refund,.. We were just told to call customer service"

Anything not top notch with the room was minor (a few inop outlets, aforementioned weird a/c unit), but all the must-haves (bathroom, bed, breakfast) were very good. "
