「原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！」

「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」

「Our stay here was lovely. We had a 2 bedroom suite and it was exactly as it was described. They had a coffee machine for little pods but we brought ground coffee so I asked the staff if they had a regular coffee machine and within 5 minutes I was brought one and also more coffee. The staff was super helpful and very very nice. In the close area there are several dining options, but we also had a kitchen to cook if we chose to. 「Modern, clean and comfortable in a convenient location. Outlets and usb ports were plentiful and well distributed in the room. Easy parking. Great Korres toiletries. Highly recommend the Renaissance Patisserie, just a two minute walk from the hotel. 」

「Hilton Gardens Inn South Park Charlotte is very nice and huge. Just minutes from everything in South Park. We are flying out today and needed a place to stay overnight. Area is lovely and w add walkable. 」
