「The elevator made an awful noise, the furniture in our room was held together with duct tape, the suitcase stand was missing. We had requested a handicap room. The only thing handicap was the high sink and the handicap buzzer outside the door. The only plus I can give this hotel is that the staff was helpful and nice.」

「Everything was excellent. The breakfast was plentiful and the details were thoughtful. Free coffee, iced lemonade, and cookies were provided in the lobby for everyone to enjoy. The hotel was also very nice and clean. My whole family was very satisfied.」

「原本訂了24/10-30/10/19, 但因為轉機問題遲了一天於25/10晚才到達酒店，到達後酒店員工(黑人)稱已經取消我booking, 亦都跟我說會聯絡Hotels.com ,叫我回香港後再打電話給Hotels.com 確認取消退款就可以！該酒店員工表示如果當晚要住的話要再付款，最後住了三天付了三晩住宿費用！但回港後聯絡Hotel.com ，Hotel.com說沒有辦法可以取回之前已付的款項，致電到Hotel.com亦不斷跟酒店雙方推卸責任不肯退款！」

「1st you smelled, was moved to another room. Bathroom was horrible. Tile in the shower had mold on the grout, and all over the bottom of the shower curtain. Toilet seat slid all over. Bathroon door hinges were rusted. Had them chamge out the waffle mix two days in a row. Was told the milky substance that came out was because it was cold from the fridge overnight. Totally dissatisfied with this property. Was charged $30. for a late checkout because i booked through a 3rd party. Had you booked...
