「Our stay was wonderful from start to finish. The hotel and room were exceptionally clean, and the staff was incredibly kind and truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The breakfast area was well kept, the food was great, and the breakfast staff was an absolute joy each morning. I felt safe, comfortable, and at ease the entire time. Everything about the stay was smooth and comfortable, and we would gladly return.」

「I found a bug on the bed of the hotel. After calling the customer service, I got a pillow at 11 p.m. an hour later. The room is not clean, and there are still paper towels used by previous guests in the trash can. Breakfast and Wi-Fi are charged separately, and mineral water is not provided in the room.」

「Room was clean and in order, bathroom room was cleaned very well and stocked. Staff was friendly and very polite. The breakfast was typical continental breakfast and busy but food service staff were right there cleaning and stocking all the food item. I enjoyed my stay, and will continue to use as my vacation relaxation spot. 」
