「Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend staying here. When we arrived, the first room provided appeared to still be occupied or had not been properly prepared for new guests. Instead of receiving the room we originally booked, we were moved to a much smaller room that did not match our expectations from the reservation. It smelled of smoke and the previous guest left a marijuna bud at the door. I’ll definitely be seeking a refund. We didn’t use any of the amenities. The washing machine looked filthy and the dryer wasn’t operational.」
